Create the proposal

Go to the customer card. Choose products from your predefined list or add new ones. Adjust prices, quantities, and terms for this specific customer. Choose the contract template that fits: one-time agreement, recurring subscription, service agreement, or one you created yourself. Attach documents if needed.

Send for signing

The customer receives an email with a copy of the proposal attached and a link to the signing page. The link opens a dedicated page where the customer can view the full agreement, any attachments, and sign with one click. No download, no account, no app.

Customer signs and everyone is notified

When the customer signs, they receive an email with the signed document and timestamp. In the CRM, the sales status updates automatically to signed. Your team gets an email notification immediately so follow-up can start right away. The contract is saved on the sale, so it is always easy to find.

Legally valid electronic signatures in Norway

Norwegian law treats electronic signatures as equivalent to handwritten signatures for most business agreements. This is regulated through the EU eIDAS regulation, which also applies in Norway through the EEA agreement.

Is electronic signing legally binding in Norway?

Yes. Norwegian law treats electronic signatures as equivalent to handwritten signatures for the vast majority of agreement types. In AIFlow, the signed document shows who signed, which email address was used and the exact time. In addition, verification, transaction ID, IP address and device are stored in the database. For standard business agreements such as offers, contracts and service agreements, this is fully valid.
