    A CRM system gives overview and structure to the customer journey from the start. I avoid going through 20 folders with 100 subfolders and 500 documents to find information again. Whether I need customer information, the status of a sale, or a previous quote, everything is gathered in one place. It saves a lot of time and lays a good foundation for long-term, structured operations.
