Roy has been building companies for over 25 years. He knows firsthand what it costs when your sales system does not work. When he tried to scale one of his companies, he spent nearly a million kroner switching CRM. The result was a system nobody on the team could use. They had to switch back.
That experience became the starting point for AIFlow. Roy decided to build the CRM he actually needed: simple enough that everyone on the team uses it, powerful enough to drive real growth.
Today, Roy leads the sales process at AIFlow personally. He demonstrates the product live in every customer meeting, prices solutions in real time, and sends proposals while the customer is still in the meeting. He is contacted multiple times a month by businesses seeking growth advice.

Rebecca has been the face of AIFlow to customers for over 6 years. She built the entire onboarding process from scratch and knows the Norwegian SMB market better than most. Not from data alone, but from hundreds of personal conversations.
With a background from the Norwegian Armed Forces and a bachelor's in marketing management, she brings both structure and genuine care to every customer meeting. She digs deep: how do you work today? What are you spending time on that you should not be?

Behind AIFlow are developers with backgrounds in security, artificial intelligence and user design. The team came together through the partnership with Ulrikken Consulting in 2026 and means faster development, more frequent updates and a product that evolves with our customers.

Developer and AI specialist
Alf holds a master's degree in artificial intelligence from NTNU and has over ten years of experience in software development. He has led platform development for both startups and established companies, with a focus on cloud systems and AI. He has participated in Techstars Sports Accelerator and is CTO of the startup RunAgain AS. At AIFlow he works as an expert consultant in software development and machine learning.

Developer, security and cloud
Ole-Martin has strong expertise in security, cloud solutions and system integrations. He works methodically to build and operate solutions that meet high requirements for stability and data security. With experience from modern cloud platforms, his focus is on automation and scalability. At AIFlow he makes sure the system is safe, fast and reliable.

Frontend developer
Mads has four years at Ulrikken Consulting and experience from TietoEvry. He builds solutions that do not just work technically, but feel right to use. With a bachelor's degree in information technology he combines technical understanding with a sharp eye for design and usability. At AIFlow he is responsible for making the interface intuitive and the user experience deliver on its promise.
