Roy has started and scaled companies for over 25 years. That experience has given him a set of convictions about what works and what does not when Norwegian small businesses need to grow, and many of them are about CRM.
He believes most CRM systems are built to maximize the vendor's revenue, not to help the user. That companies typically use only a fraction of the features they pay for. That onboarding takes too long, costs too much, and that data quality is the first thing sacrificed when the system is too complex.
These views are not theoretical. Roy has personally been through failed CRM switches, expensive implementations, and the frustration of systems that promise everything but deliver little. That experience drives both the product and the content he stands behind.
When Roy writes, it is from the perspective of someone who has sat on the same side of the table as the reader. He knows what it costs to choose wrong. And he knows what it actually takes to get sales and customer follow-up in order at a small company.
Most small businesses are afraid of change because they have been burned before. We want to show that it does not have to be that way.
